From our grove to their table
Our Organic Extra Virgin, Cold Pressed, Early Harvest Olive Oil is grown, cared for, harvested and packaged at Agronio Farm in Heathcote, Victoria.
The olives for our 2026 harvest were picked and cold pressed in June. We allow the oil to settle naturally before bottling, with orders dispatched from October.
Our table olives are prepared simply and traditionally, using salt and vinegar and allowing time to do the rest through natural fermentation.
